Master in environmental engineering – Hydraulics, Civil works & Hydrology (University of Louvain – UCL) and financial management degree (ICHEC).

Over 20 years experience in a diverse range of hydropower, water resources, planning & strategy and engineering projects. Team leader or key expert for planning, investigation, economic and financial analysis, design and construction for more than 2000 MW of renewable energy projects for private and public clients (World Bank, KfW, Belgian and Swiss development agencies, AfDB, etc.).
